- Replace light switches and outlets with modern Decora style
- Paint windows
- Added new 2" wood look blinds
- Fixed missing knobs, window sash pulls
- Replaced 4 dishwashers and we have put in drip trays under them
- Replace 2 fridges and 3 ranges
We’ve added more regular building cleaning and changed air filters for HVAC.
We’ve made improvements to the landscaping too, fixing the irrigation system and replacing the canvas awning.
